She loved working with the dogs and became a dog trainer at Sit! Happens, she also began teaching training classes at the Calgary humane society for rescue dogs going to their new furever homes.
Shelby and her dog Arrow completed Karen Pryor Academy dog trainer professional program to further their learning in the field
She then briefly worked at a training facility in Bowmanville, Ontario when she moved back home to Ontario. After having her second child she decided to start her own business. Shelby now offers in-home training sessions 3 to 4 days a week and is continuing her education through online courses.
